jawa classic is a bad motorcycle, its odometer design is faulty and it does not show indicators and N Sign in day time. on complaining about this we were told that it is the design so it cant be changes, if the design is faulty it must be changes. anil

I buyed jawa forty two 5 months before and i have drive over 8500 kms but there are some issue that all the bike have some so jawa helped me to rectified it but when i was on a ride my engine got breakdown and nearby service got new it properly but it havent feel like till now so i decided to go back home agra and then i will fixed it properly but when i came back they say sir it is shifting there so please calm and wait for some day and now the dealership agra is closed and when i talk with jawa customer care they say sir visit our nearby service centre and it is nearly 200 km approx and my bike is not that i thought of tooking to there and i buyed this motorcycle with all my love but it felt like do something wrong and i buyed it because it had a showroom in my city so what should i do when this kind of thing happened with me and for anyone info there is no local technician of this motorcycle who can fix it out in exception and part are also not available in local market so my concern to jawa is to rectify this issue of yours for me and for all of your customers who will come to buy this or who buyed it already so that people can trust as older it was with yezdi and your new update with ecu is not that good as older there is a fan issue that cames simultaneously older was good

New customer of perak March 2021. Facing several issue in manufacturing product which I had taken today 3rd July 2021 got punctured in result showed it a simple GI wire had entered from the side of the tyre. It means that the quality of the tyre is very very bad. I had purchase it for long drive but after encounter with today's issue I am little bit of scare to drive JAWA bike in road even my rear mud guard is bend automatically. My 1st service has been completed n also completed 340kms total ride as of now. Now I m thinking that why I had go with this brand. Frankly speaking before buying this bike I had finalize to buy RE CONTINENTAL but after visiting the JAWA I had gone with perak but now I m thinking that I had brought not a bike but a PANAUTI in my life.company should go with tubeless tyre in perak.. Otherwise every 1 afraid to drive it for long drive like me...

Hi.. i have purchased by jawa 42 from Chahal automobiles gurugram. I am totally dissatisfied with the functioning of bike which seems to have multiple manufacturing defects. I have not received satisfactory response from Mr Avtaar of Chahal automobiles. Kindly return my money back before i file a complaint in consumer forum.

It has been 7 months of paying emi for the bike which has been not delivered yet to me , even after continous follow up the show room there is no positive response from them i would want the service team to look in the matter otherwise I'll have to go consumer court for further action towards this showroom location andheri west. If you want to suicide, you purchase jawa, because (as per pondycherry service manager reported if bike falling down or hit somewhere breaks will fail) i never heard, never see like this report. Worst bike in the world. Fuel consumption 8 to 10 km per litter, service very very worst. 200 km circle one service center.

Jawa company ka Patna, bihar ka dealer Kirat Sartaj motors Pvt. Ltd. bahut fraud hai. Usne mujhe Jawa forty two bike becha hai jiska aaj tak registration nhi hua hai. Company me bhi complain karne par kuchh nhi hua hai. So, jawa ka bike patna ke Kirat Sartaj se koi mat kharidna bhai. He is very fraud.

Dear Mr. Good Morning. My name is Shaheen, I'm writing this email to complain to you about my worst experience which I'm facing currently because of my Jawa 42 engine breakdown. I bought Jawa 42 (Vehicle No: KL: 65: S: 1270) from classic mobikes LLP, Tirur, Kerala in Apr '22. Last week I was travelling from Kerala (Malappuram) to Kolkata, in between near chennai - Vellore district my Jawa 42 engine got shut down and was not moving, I called the Jawa Road assistance and they took my Jawa 42 to Raj Kamal Motors, guindy chennai on 22nd Aug 22. Raj Kamal Motors showroom team is saying it will take 10- 15 days to get the issue corrected. Im' stuck up at chennai from last 1 week, I had to take a room at hotel at chennai and Im staying currently here because of the delay in getting the engine problem corrected. This engine breakdown has made a drastic dissatisfaction for me with my Jawa 42 bike and showroom service experience. I bought my Jawa 42 - just 4 months back and within this time frame, the engine has brokedown in between. This is not at all a good impression for Jawa. I'm very disappointed with the Jawa bike because of this engine breakdown. Request your kind support in checking this issue at Raj Kamal Motors, Gunidy, Chennai showroom and request to fasten my bike's engine problem at the earliest. Worst response from customer case, I booked Jawa Perak on 28 May 2022 and Canceled 2nd June 2022, 3 months have gone still I did not get the refund of Rs. 10000/-. I called more than 25 times and mailed 15 times they are not refunding my money.

Respected Sir/ Madam, I had purchased Jawa Bobber 42 from Shree Shree Jee Automobiles Pvt Ltd Dealership,Sector-63 Noida. Details of bike is as follows:- Bike Chassis No. MZDJ31C16N1J26963 Engine No. PAENJ002634 Registration No. UP16DL8091 Date of purchase- 08.10.2022 Within 15 days the gear changing mechanism got damaged while riding. I just avoided an accident. The dealrship told that due to bike vibration, the nut got loose and thus the part fell while driving. Now today on 27.11.2022, I had gone for 1st service. After servicing the bike engine is creating lots of noise and over heating. The workshop staff at dealership is not accepting anything and saying that all is fine. Also i got to know from feedback call from Jawa that complimentary helmet should have been provided by the dealership at the time of purchasing bike. But this dealership didn’t inform me about such offer and today on asking told me that since helmet was not in stock, therefore they didn’t inform earlier. And since they will provide now, it shouldn’t matter to me. The customer service is very poor and no transparency in any process at Dealership. Also, the Insurance softcopy provided by Dealership mentions bike model as “Perak” while my model is “Jawa Bobber 42” I informed them about said issue. They dealership representative told me that in case of any claim they will handle any matter and no need to get bike model name changed on insurance copy. Also the Dealership insisted on Payment of all service cost and then they will handover bike back to me. My issues were not sorted out. Is this the kind of service a customer should expect from brand like “JAWA”. I hope not. Kindly get all said issues resolved as soon as possible so that I don’t have to resort to legal actions against the dealership and brand thereby tarnishing image in the process.

Hi respected sir, I have taken Jawa 42 from Tiruppur Jawa showroom last year October and it’s been one year now there is no proper response from the serivce center and when ever I go for product complient they say not available out of this I never get any answer from them I love Jawa but due to this Mia behaviour of the showroom I hate and I’m thinking y I have taken Jawa and today I went for my 4th service and they took me charge of RS 8438 and after serivce they have not done service properly and my indicator is not at all working properly if I call them they asked me to get back my bike back it’s been 30km from my home to showroom how can I go that much for and I’m ready to go but I asked my petrol allowance they are not ready to provide please take a proper action about this Thanks, Balaji Murugaraj 7373386869

Pryagraj u.p service center to Froud hai hi service karane ke baad 1600 km run hui Aur engine break down Aur manager se jab phoocha ye kese hua to bolta hai manufacturing defect h humne to service kii hai jab area manager ko complain karte hai to wo bhi bolta hai ki mera staff ye khe nhi saqta ki manufactring defect hai indirectly unka area manager ka khena ye hai customer jhoota hai staff succha hai ..gaadi jab bechte hai to customers ke aage rote hai Aur after sales and service Mai customers se batameezi karte hai service center to Bht choti baat hai area manager tak batameezi karte hai..

Given the consistent and unresolved starting issues with my Jawa Perak bike, I have reached the point of considering selling it and opting for a Royal Enfield instead. This decision is not taken lightly, as I had high hopes and expectations for my Jawa Perak bike. However, the recurring problems and the lack of effective support have left me with no other choice. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a comprehensive resolution to the ongoing starting issues plaguing my Jawa Perak bike. I believe it is only fair to expect a reliable and functional product, especially considering the substantial investment I made in purchasing this motorcycle. As far as I know Mahindra and Mahindra is very well known but when it comes for jawa please try not to just sell something from your side but also see if your brand is working well it's been 3 months we have booked a bike from Andheri showroom and till date we haven't received the bike we get excuses that the problem is from manufacturer and this and that which is not a way to treat customer please take it on highlight and try to improve the service you'll are providing and the customer relationship which you'll are trying to make the things we are suffering from is pathetic just from this bike

I, Vikram Acharya I stay in Mumbai my contact number 7506087025 I have booked a jawa 42 bobber on 29 of July 2023 at Andheri global jawa showroom and I made the full payment of 2 lakhs seventy thousand rupees on 18th of August 2023 I have payment receipt also and I was supposed to get a bike delivered on 23rd of September 2023 and I told them I have a birthday on 23rd of September I want bike on that day only I waited till 20 September to receive a call from the showroom but I haven't received a call from there and than I visited showroom personally bcz no one was receiving my call I was continuously calling them but no one bother to receive my call after visiting showroom they were like your bike is still not registered yet I'm very disappointed from the service they gave after that the sales manager Abdul Hamid told me that you will get a bike on 27th of September but unfortunately on that day also I didn't get a bike, now I changed my mind I want a full refund I don't want a bike of jawa bcz the service is not good I'm very disappointed after doing full payment it is taking almost 2 months I asked for refund I send them a email after that the sales manager was like it will take 7-10 working days to get a refund on your bank account I sent them my Bank account details and amount of bill which I have paid and I waited 10 working days today is the 15th day but I still receive my amount what's going on where is my money and why it's taking too much time why now I will wait till Monday after that I will file a case against the jawa showroom very disappointed ☹️

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my order for a Jawa 42 Bobber motorcycle in black, with the order number 345, placed with Global Super Bykes in Andheri, Mumbai, on 15th August 2023. I was excited about owning a Jawa 42 Bobber motorcycle, and I paid a down payment of 1,20,000 INR as a commitment to this purchase. Subsequently, I made two EMI payments of 14,046 INR each on 5th September and the second down payment on 5th October. Throughout this process, I was given a confirmed delivery date of 16th October 2023. However, to my dismay, the delivery date has come and gone, and there has been no communication or updates from your end regarding the status of my order. I have tried to reach out to Mr. Tiwari, the dealer assigned to my order, but there has been no response, leaving me hanging and deeply frustrated. This situation is not only causing me inconvenience but also eroding the trust I had in JAWA Motors. It is disheartening to see such a lack of commitment and responsibility towards your customers. I am left with no option but to seek a resolution to this issue immediately. Dear Service Center Manager, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the unavailability of essential bike parts at your service center, located at Chinchwad Pune. I am a loyal customer of Jawa and have been relying on your service center. I am taking follow-up of just a spring!!! Like seriously, I am also not liking to take the follow up of the spring from the last 3 months! I called one of your mechanics to ask about the status of the SPRING, he said that "sir you can come by tomorrow 10:15 am", and I told him I will come on time please make sure it will not delay because I need to go to the office after fitting the spring at my bike. Today I called him again by 10:10 am to confirm the availability of the Spring. His answer was, "spring has not arrived yet at our service center, it will arrive in half an hour. I would like to emphasize that my bike's service and maintenance are vital to me, and the unavailability of parts at your service center reflects negatively on the reputation of Jawa. Dear jawa team / ashish joshi sir, I am writing this mail for the concern of JAWA 42 review. I purchased almost 2 years ago..and driven 20k km. But quality of the satisfaction of this product was not satisfactory. Points to concerned. 1. Every driven of 2k km services center advice to change both bake shoes pad. And in general terms normal brakes pad changes after 5,6k km. 2. With 20k km I have change my complete chain sockets. In general is was 40k km. 3.Most important with 20k km need to change my clutch plates. In general it should more than 50k - 1lacs km...this is worst development in the bike which requires. 3,

Dear sir, Good morning/afternoon/evening My name is girish owner of jawa 42(AP39EY8899). On 13/1/2024 I put my bike in tirupati service center to resolve noise issue from engine. Service team demantled my engine get it repaired and returned to me after 4 days. While returning I checked my bike in service center observed battery symbol on meter and asked service person what’s is this before i didn’t see this symbol why it came now. Service person said its general nothing to bother about it you can go, so I thought it as normal and took it to my house. After 2 days my bike stopped working(unable to start). I again went to service center and asked why it stopped working. What he responded is magnetic coil, rr coil and few more damaged. It will cost around 10,000. My question is for service person’s fault why should I pay 10,000 to get it repaired. Its completely service person negligence or not knowing the work. This is happening not only for me. Many of my friends and brothers also using jawa bikes. They also facing same issues like they are putting for service serveral times for unresolved issues. Why people unable to resolve all issues in one/two times. This is not my first time in this year i visited 15 to 20 times for service.
